[AD&D] Spell question

Post by The Eclipse »

Is anyone aware of a spell that would allow a spellcaster to 'anchor' a spell that requires concentration without the need for the concentration?

'You must be', said the Cat, 'or you wouldn't have come here.'

I was looking for something a little less drastic, and a little less.... ummm. permanent :)

Lesser Permanency.

No, seriously, go get Volo's Guide to all things magical, Pages from the Mages and Secrets of the Magister.

I recall several such spells you could use there.

Mind you, I believe that's the same sourcebook with the Wizshade IIRC.

*shudder*

For good ol' Final Fantasy 1 style challenge and combat, nothing tops the Wizshade ;)

Then again, it might be in Volo's Guide To All Things Magical, conveniently (and legitimately) available for download here, along with other classic goodness.
