I only saw Chuckles twice... once while in the customer service line early Thursday Morning (Probably the only time all weekend I was in the same location for more than an hour. And I think that includes sleep! ), and once again in the Exhibit hall on Saturday, I believe. He and some friends had organized a LARP.
