To my fellow teammates:
I feel ill. Our friend and comrade is died, and I can’t help but feel responsible. We all knew that this mission was going to be hard, really hard. (Looking at the worksheets Paul had made and the gleam in his eye…hell he even told us!)
Our actions on the other hand made it seem as if we were going to a beach resort for a vacation.
The amount of time we spent on recon, back ground checks, and planning wasn’t there. Last night we had ample time to do the job right. Paul was prepared, we were not.
We spent the first five hours dicking around and the last one to come up with the original plan of a bum-rush. The same plan we always use.
Some gave up and got bored; then blamed everyone else for their lack of interest, :cry others weren’t using their potential, :cool and the rest got focused on something else and ran with it.
Basically we weren’t acting as a team.
We all knew the danger, even Black, but we’re the ones left holding the bag. Knowing we have done our friend and ourselves a grave injustice! :cry
We are being paid millions to do this job as professionals, so let’s act like professionals.
Let’s recognize how much work the GM has put into this run and that he meant it to be harder then the ones before.
So let’s step up, or step off! We can avenge our friend, do our job, and get paid a lot of money if we just stay focused!

P.S. Paul, Do you mean this Wednesday?
